There was no as-is clause in the sale agreement.
But they are first time home buyers. I know that. The home is 10 years old and in generally very good shape except for their noted concerns in the inspection.
We put down new carpet in all the bedrooms and also replaced the back entrance door that was rusted from dog scratches before we even put it on the market.
I think I'm going to fix their other concerns and leave the windows.

Good luck. If they start to baulk you can always go back with an allowance like I said.
