I just had two sashes reworked on a remodel I did. They were $75 each. Popped out the sashes and brought it to a glass company once the replacement glass came in and picked them up that afternoon and popped them back in. Even at $150K sale I wouldn't let buyers walk over such a small amount and little work.

We're talking about 5 standard bedroom windows. I'm unsure if both the top and bottom panes in each window are affected so we could be talking about a total of 10 sashes, Stout.

Also, the 4' X 4' master bath window over the tub is fogged. That's approx a $500 window.

Edit to add: going to the house tomorrow to see exactly how many windows we're talking about here.
