teachers don't routinely start fights with students. Administrators need to have faith in their teachers.

This could have been simply defused stating that we have well trained faculty here at this school where teachers know how to handle themselves and disruptive students.

Right now we know nothing of what actualy happened and we need to find out what happened until we jump to any hasty conclusions.

Why do people want to jump to such hasty conclusions anymore? Obama and his statements that lead to the boston beer summit. The news in response to the martin incident.

Hell, we can find that out time and time again. There is no reason for these people to feed into the immediate news cycle when they have the time to wait to gather the facts before saying anything.

Coming to a conclusion like that frankly shows stupidity and that is worse than her just jumping the gun.

I'm not a teacher, but this x10000000

.. in ALL workforces dealing with others (customer service, medical professions, etc.)

Nothing is more of a de-motivator than feeling like your boss doesn't have your back.
