Mid thirties is the sweet spot. Especially divorced or getting it on the side. She's done it enough she's not embarrassed by anything and she is confident enough to know what she wants and how to get it. She doesn't get bogged down with emotional bullshite as long as she's not that divorce' looking for a sugar daddy and even then she's probably not going to get clingy till she's put it on you so hard you won't care.
Forties can be the same way but it's not as consistent.

But yeah, I mostly picture the women I know when statements like these are made, and I prefer the younger ones if it's just for sex.
And shite stops snapping back into place right around the time period in the OP, so have fun finding out how vaginas EVENTUALLY work.
Also, if I get her pregnant, my chances of fathering a developmentally disabled child are much higher with older girls.
ETA: I think this guy can explain my male needs better than anyone.
