Sullivan was a true bust.

at least Ellis did something his first few seasons. Just guessing based off his production, I think he started to lose interest in the game after 2010?

like I said, that's a guess

just can't figure any other way he could go from having a his best season as a pro to just becoming almost a complete non-factor.

you can't say it was a money thing. Dude had a chance to produce to keep his job alive and didn't do it.

did he even have a practice with the Bears? I know he signed with them but retired shortly afterwards.

No comparison at all. Those guys' work ethic was questioned even while in college. That has never been the case with Ford. He is a very hard worker.
