Sears may have it if you need it this weekend.
I rent and sell torque wrenches for a living. I have plenty of 250ftlb 1/2" drive if you want to rent one for a day. Crows foot fittings are a safety nightmare. I doubt I have the sizes you need in stock. Usually takes 3-4 days to come in. FYI crowsfoot slightly changes actual applied torque from wrench

Those four bolts holding the knives need to be torqued to 250 ft-lbs. the middle hole will have a shaft going through it with about 3-4" of overhang bc there's a bearing securing the top of it. That nut is 1.5" and needs to be torqued to 200 ft-lbs and is the only one I need a crows foot for.
ETA: we only have two knife stacks on ours (custom made) so only two outer bolts
