I have Cox currently in BR, but I already have UVerse for internet service and I'm considering switching to UVerse cable. What's better about AT&T? What's better about Cox? Is there a reason I should go with one or the other?

I didn't have problems with Cox in B.R. and I'm happy with Comcast in Houma. frick AT&T, I fricking hate them.
