Now maybe with all that brainpower concentrated in one area they can finally figure out a way to deal with the strong smell of human urine that permeates a good portion of the city.

Hoe long has it been since you've been there? They wash the streets every night with a liquid that has a very pleasant scent to it. Walking through the quarter on Sunday morning is actually very refreshing.
