What do I use it in. It's great in red beans. It's good with fried eggs instead of bacon or regular ham. It's also good in pasta dishes like shrimp and tasso.

everything you listed, but you might start by wrapping a piece of bread around one of those chunks,,, and wash it down with a swig of milk, out of the jug of course,,,right now.
