The boat is called the Na Hoku II. It is a yellow boat with a red and white sail. They go out during the day too and do swimming trips and stuff. Just go up to the boat when you see it on shore and you will be able to find someone with a clipboard and sing up for the booze cruise.

Best booze cruise on the island. Anytime we had guests in town, we used this one. Some of our best sunsets are from the cruise.

That sounds familiar. It was a lot of fun. Take some Dramamine if you are prone to sea sickness though...my friend didn't and she didn't fare so well towards the end (the mai tais she drink didn't help either)
