if that girl is to be believed, he responded to their call, so he had every right to be there.

But of course he did according to both the news story and the FB page. I guess it is possible that he just showed up there and was not dispatched to handle a disturbing the peace call but I believe that is unlikely. Are you the guy that claims he was once a cop?
