Currently have a 2010 F250 with 56,300 miles, king ranch loaded out and I'm not upside down.

Local dealership has a 2011 F250 king ranch with 60,000 miles, loaded out with a extra goodies/upgrades.

Thinking about trading for the 2011. MB thoughts? Opinions?

I'd do it if it doesn't cost too much. Those are completely different trucks. 2011 has the 6.7L diesel.

What's the costs? Even swap?

You still have plenty of life left on that 6.4 but I wouldn't recommend running it past 150k

I don't really know anything about these particular trucks, but it seems if you have a year older model with less miles, that you wouldn't want a newer model (by a year) with more miles.

Maybe that's just me though.
