What is a stand in exactly?

Basically I don't have the time to put in to this and didn't want to commit and have everyone wait on me for every one of my picks.
So if someone times out or can't pick, then someone usually steps in and make the pick for them. It can be any one really, but if I'm on here I'd love to participate when I can.
It's all in good fun, but it makes it much more enjoyable for watchers and drafters if the picks flow quickly. But inevitably it will turn into a little bit of a mess as people actually have lives and can't be on here 24/7.
But it'll be fun. If you want to pick, and someone gets timed out, I'm sure you could step in and make a pick if you ask nicely.

If somebody fails to make their pick in time or can't participate for a given time period one of the stand will do the picking. They'll just rotate.
