The only people "on it" that would be "off it" would be folks that got to be part of the medicare expansion. The folks that pay for their coverage would still have said coverage, unless they have a pre-existing condition I suppose.

The program should be tweaked a great deal, and the best way to do that is to repeal and put new legislation through.

The issue is that insurance companies that were originally TOTALLY AGAINST Obamacare, and now FOR it because they spent all this damn money re-adjusting their actuary tables, expense charts, etc. They don't want to have to do that again, so that money is now on the side to NOT REPEAL.

It makes it into a huge mess of people/businesses that really aren't for the new law, but have to be because it would cost them millions and millions to switch to something else.

That's the problem with creating bad policy, it's very tough to change even though so many people dislike it.
