I did in the 80's. Soft plastics and black spinnerbaits by any piece of wood along the banks. Was mostly a February thing. Also, when there's current coming through the pipes.

I did in the 90's as a toddler but haven't been since. My dad used to put his 20' bass boat in and just troll around. Used to be a gravel boat launch. Apparently he liked checking out the girls back then. Like father like son I guess lol
