You can stick a fork in this team. With no offense, they can't beat good SEC competition. Knocking the cover off the ball in mid week games against weak non-conference teams doesn't prove anything.

So you can go back to not posting. When did they knock the cover off the ball in a midweek game?

I agree; they certainly did not against UL and Tulane.

Moo State

I find this hysterically ironic with the amount of cows LSU has no more than 100 yards from Alex Box.

But we leave the cowbells on the cows.

Dude, I've been to Starkville.

Your campus consists of a bunch of red brick buildings in the middle of a cow pasture.

Embrace the name. It's what you are.

We are an agriculture school.

Starkvegas is a terrible place. Even Baton Rouge can claim superiority

We outhit Florida 23-21, fwiw

Didn't expect:

Scivicque: .372
Hale: .309
Stevenson: .333

.....or:

Bregman: .291
Laird .274
Ibarra .268
McMullen .265.

If these 4 can get back to what they were hitting last year, we'll be fine.

Game 2 & 3 Pitching, I'm not so sure.

If just 1-2 of them get back, we'll be fine. Hell, we'd have 3-4 more wins this year already

People blaming javi need to realize outside of broussard, nola, and scivicque, the whole team is shite right now.

Ok, and why is that? Because of fricking Javi Sanchez. Fire that POS

There may very well be a sweep, but it is more likely that Moo State will be doing the sweeping.

This LSU team could easily turn it on. Anyone who has ever played at any level knows the pressure of a slump, no multiply that for Bregman as the team leader. He hit some rockets this weekend that didn't find a hole

He isn't going to slump all year. Even Dean and Cresse went through periods where they couldn't hit.

I'm not sure that Javi deserves the blame, but I do think we should hire a proven commodity

First half of the 2009 season, Dean was barely hitting his weight.
