I tried like hell to catch one on a fly while I was in Puerto Rico. Ultimately went to a live sardine on spinning gear and caught a big boy. As fun as that was, I still walked away with a slight tinge of disappointment since I couldn't get one on the fly.

Still dude...I bet that was incredible. Tarpon are such awesome fish.
