I ate a piece of sushi once that was caked in ghost pepper extract. It all came back up around 45 minutes after. It was even more painful coming back up but I was really glad it didn't exit from the other optional orifices.

Last time for me was kidney stones last year. It's fun when drinking water that won't even stay down
