the only reason cannibals have ever been brought up is because readers have posted that cannibals exist in the comic. This was posted in No Spoiler threads as early as last season. So, of course it gets mentioned. It is mentioned because now every non reader that has read a TWD thread in the last 2 seasons has had to see some POS say they can't wait until we see cannibals, or Hunters, or Tyreese, or Negan, or etc.

Without the comments of readers, there is zero way that nonreaders would have concluded that Terminus may be cannibals. Zero way. You know how I know? Because I know a dozen people who've never read the comic, who've never read these threads, and not one of them has mentioned anything about Terminus being full of cannibals. The idea exist because people like you have planted it there.

Again, there is a freakin' COMIC BOOK/SPOILER thread. Please go there and don't read, look at, or comment in the NO Spoiler/No Comic discussions ever again.
