it's not a hive it's a swarm
Leave them alone and they will eventually find a place to move in to

They are just about harmless right now. If you must have them gone call a bee remover and he will capture them and move them in to a hive

All that. A beekeeper will gladly take them off your hands if you don't want to wait for them to move on. Call your local co-op or look online for your county beekeeper association.
