On the subject of ULL, I considered catching the second game today, but I'll be at the ballpark all day tmrw.

There are theories on their surprising success with the bats despite everyone else's struggles, but the truth is in the pudding I'm sure. I'm a fan of baseball and LA and wish them well outside of their games vs LSU.

I don't doubt they can play LSU to a 1-1 tie with Nola on the mound. And I'm sure a HBP, error, and a balk might determine the winner in the end.

Do you reAlly think the Ragin Cajuns could take their game to Omaha and fare better At that ballpark? No way for you to think their success will translate.

Maybe you're right, but recent results say that errors and SACs will play a much larger role in determining the next NC.

its called putting hits together instead of swinging for the fing fence everytime kids. 1,2, 7,8 & 9 hitters aren't supposed to be able to hit homers consistently, which is what is wanted. I call bullshite. Leave it like it is, let REAL talent, coaching and strategy win the game for the team. BOOM!

Honestly, yes i do. Good pitching throughout the weekend(which they didn't have last year), good defense, good hitting (as in not swinging to hit a homer on every pitch), a long time well seasoned coach has me thinking they can make it Omaha. Why not?
