They cover cricket, tennis, golf, soccer, the Olympics, the World Cup, and other sports. What does that tell you?

I watch it when I can. Many people find baseball boring, but don't realize all the intricacies of each pitch, each slight field alignment change, etc.
Cricket is very similar. Probably has a lot to do with whichever sport you grew up with.
Cricket, even in the 5-day test form, can be enthralling when the teams are evenly matched. The one-day forms (50-over and 20-over) provide more concise, offensive action. The 20-over format is the world event going on right now.
The final will be on ESPN2 next weekend. Might be worth a look if you've never seen it live.

quote:It tells me they cover some sports. They don't even really cover cricket and rugby. They have links to cricket and rugby on ESPN, but it takes you to different sites. Sites that were sold to ESPN.

ESPN doesn't actually cover those sports.
