Won't argue that you're wrong about this.
However, The Steakhouse does a fine job with steaks, sides, dessert and wine.

I just got back from Vegas and ate at Bouchon in the venetian. It was amazing. I had the gnoochi but the table next to me had steak and pork and both of them were raving about it.
