It has been 10 years since I've been to Las Vegas...the last time out there we went to some pretty nice restaurants including Picasso, Aureole, LeCirque.
Looking to go to at least 1 upscale restaurant, 1 steakhouse and 1 "fun" restaurant.
Recos please!!!

I was disappointed in Carnevino. It wasn't a bad steak but it wasn't worth $70. I liked STK at the Cosmo.

Public House in the Venetian. Nice selection of craft beers and a very eclectic small plate menu. Really enjoyed this place.

I've been to SW Steakhouse at the Wynn hotel and I'd recommend that. Try to get a table near a window so you can see the little shows that happen every 15 min or so on top of the waterfall.

I also went to Brand steakhouse at the Monte Carlo. It was okay but I preferred the atmosphere of SW better. The brand did have a cool appetizer where they brought out raw meat and a hot stone and you cooked the meat on the stone.

For a "fun" restaurant I really liked Gordon Ramsay's BurGR at planet Hollywood.
