I live in uptown nola, and sometimes i see a black guy walking towards me as i get out of my car.

A friend was telling me that a Tulane girl from New York was walking back to her car and a black guy came walking by her and simply said "Hello Miss"...She threw her purse at him, told him not to hurt her, and ran away
