they are by far the biggest provider cable provider. i imagine it's more about scale and less about quality. land the biggest fish first to get momentum in their favor

Which goes against what Apple has stood for. Their customer service is second to none. Now they will have people going through comcast for support on their products
Comcast is only second to AT&T in shitty customer service.
