I think the Apple/Comcast deal (Which is fricking stupid for Apple)... Pick the worst fricking service provider.
Also the fact that Netflix is going to have to pay out more money to providers to continue allowing customers to stream at the right speeds.

they are by far the biggest provider cable provider. i imagine it's more about scale and less about quality. land the biggest fish first to get momentum in their favor
