State Farm is looking to move away from LA and MS.

Leave those two states
Lower rates else where

i don't think sf is going anywhere. lots of old timer agents aren't going to give up their business, and sf is still adding new agents. la is one of their most saturated markets. they may choose to only write certain types of policies, but i don't see them fleeing the state anytime soon.
