Oh wow, I am pretty sure I have seen one of these in a tree by my house for the past three days (in the Harveston subdivision at Bluebonnet/Burbank). In fact, I took a picture of it yesterday thinking it was an eagle, but then if flew down from its tree and I realized that it had a lot more white on its body than an eagle. I'll have to check it out tomorrow and try to get a closer picture.
