I'm not even sure they're going to install actual glass windows for all those empty holes.
I walked by earlier and glanced at the site board (board that shows the rendering, notes the governor, chancellor, contractor, etc)
According to that rendering, the bottom 2 sectional row of windows will not have glass windows installed. The "window holes" will be left open

that would look pretty ridiculous, but I can see lsu doing that then wanting donations over the next few years to be able to install windows there.
