Does planned parent hood provide abortions. You bet your arse it does and I am happy that women have a place to go to get abortions should they choose that.
But planned parenthoods provide a hell of a lot more then just abortions.
It's fun to watch social conservatives get their dicks all tied up in this.

C'mon, Rob, don't be so obtuse.
It doesn't matter if it's PP or any other business. Federal money adds to the bottom line, regardless of how it's earmarked.
Let's say PP has an annual budget of $10 million. With that $10 million, PP can only do so much, with, say, 5% going to abortions.
Along comes Mr. FedGov with an extra $5 million, but it's earmarked for services OTHER than abortions.
That just freed up $5 million of its own money for PP to use for whatever it wants, including abortion services.
Extra money is extra money, regardless of where it comes from.
