No one disagreed with that quote. History is obviously a narrative. Now, explain where the investigation into the author's intent took place for the statement on that worksheet.
History being a narrative doesn't mean you pass off statements that lack any credible supporting evidence as fact.

History is a narrative subject to interpretation. Winners write the history of wars.
This is too much adieu about nothing. Standardized testing has been a part of kids educations since I was a kid.
But by all means blame the "liberal" bogeyman. I mean we are trying to indoctrinate everyone.
