Be brutally honest

My brutally honest assessment is that those numbers sound like total bullshite.

confidential interviews with panhandlers indicating that they make between $35,000 and $100,000 tax free per year and view panhandling as the equivalent of a job or a profession. Some even have homes and support families on their panhandling income.

And confidential interviews with OTers indicate that they make an average of $250,000 per year (after tax) and bang 9.5s on a weekly basis.

Well there you go. The kindness of strangers is keeping them and their family taken care of. I thought that personal charity is what people wanted instead of government hand outs?

Nothing should be done by the cities. The cities have enough crap to clean up without going out looking for my shite to interfere with and stick their big brother nose in.
