Tulane has a Ticket Exchange, but you have to sign up,. LINK
By the way, Tulane charges $5 per game EXCEPT for the LSU game..... $30

I still remember when I was a Tulane grad student and they promised the whole school (undergrad included) that if you showed up to the women's basketball conference tourney game, you would get a book of reserved seat tickets.
Although the games were already free for students, I wanted my reserved ticket for the LSU game which I knew would be heavily packed. I did my duty along with another buddy and sat through one of the most god awful games I have ever seen in my life (final score was like 32-18 with an 11 minute clock scoring drought).
After the game, I waited in line to get my well-earned book. After they have it to me I ripped it open to find my coveted tickets, only to find out that they had ripped out the MF'ing LSU game tickets. Apparently, that's an unwritten rule that no one ever gets the LSU game for free for any reason. I had to pay $30 just like everyone else.
