BR is in need of a city manager system in terms of budgetary expenditure of every dime in every bank account across the board it isn't funny. Why does the "Library board" need 19 million to build a new library instead of renovating what is already there and generally empty of users every day.

I agree, it appears there is lots and lots of waste in the library system.

It seems like every time a new building is needed for the government a totally new building is needed. There are so many buildings in this town that are already built that could be bought but these tributes to the Greeks must be created.
