I bought my truck 3 weeks ago, came back the next day to drop my spare keys off on the trade in just to find out my truck had a recall. Since they were looking at something on my truck already, they told me they couldn't give me my keys back to the truck I bought less than 24hrs ago due to the recall. Needless to say, I got extremely pissed because they sold me a truck before fixing the recall and they wouldn't give me my keys so I could bring my truck back into work on it at my convinience. The recall was on the seat heaters...
I got my keys back and was able to bring it back later but that was after chewing several peoples asses out.
