You don't believe that we would attempt to develop a clean nuke? To me it makes sense to pursue that. We could nuke a country to oblivion and then move into that territory without fear of adverse health effects.

Mr. I automatically believe in a conspiracy automatically doubts the guy who was in close enough proximity to have heard a massive explosion but didn't and the fact that no radiation was detected in said "plume".
