People seem to figure it out pretty easily in the other locations where they have turning lanes. The reduction of lanes and tighter space will naturally slow people down. Pretty typical traffic calming measure.

Was thinking the exact same thing. This is where driving IQ comes into play. Baton Rouge drivers have ZERO. This should be fun to watch.
