Harveston no way, smaller lots, most are 2 story, worse location and construction. Narrower streets and R/W. One entry/exit, only to Blueby.....
Will the HOA every take effect and will the trails, pool etc ever be built ?
Ask your realtor the total number of sales, and number of current listings in there.....

HOA fees are $750 yr. There will eventually be another entry/ exit, but some of the builders are even saying they are expecting this to be a long arse project (between the houses and development that Wampold has planned across the street.
Main concerns are whether these areas will sustain their property value. Obviously Harveston is a new project which is TBD. And I'm not familiar with Woodridge.
