Yeah, those are definitely things that I've been thinking about. It also appears that they are making a new entrance into Woodridge.

What I am curious about is what Wampold has planned for the other side of Bluebonnet...because those are also potential good things to make the property value rise.

But I do tend to agree that Harveston is overpriced. I just like the idea of it all, I guess - but I don't want to be part of the next Spring Lake.

I dont think Harveston will ever be anything like Springlake. It has a defined architectural style you have to abide by to build, and the houses will be more like and above the sizes in Fairhill than Springlake. Will be much nicer than both IMO.

The other side is suppose to have a strip mall, church, school, and grocery. If you call the realtor lady on their site or some of the builders they can tell you all of that. You can only use one of their 5 builders approved to build in there.
