Xavier has lost 4 of the last 7. I think NC State takes this one tonight and prove they should be in.
They let the bubble teams play-in for a spot in the 64. Otherwise, one of these teams wouldn't be in. All the #16 seeds won their conference tournaments.

Ahh. Gotcha. But aren't there a couple of 16 seeds that are in play in games? As in the Not 12 and Not 11 play in games? And there should be one play in game per region, not 3 in one region and 1 in another.
