Why do they have play in games for other than 16 seeds? Seems to me that they should take the 8 lowest seeded teams, and have them play for the 4 available 16 seeds.

Xavier has lost 4 of the last 7. I think NC State takes this one tonight and prove they should be in.
They let the bubble teams play-in for a spot in the 64. Otherwise, one of these teams wouldn't be in. All the #16 seeds won their conference tournaments.

So NC State's best player got two fouls, and they let him stay in the game in the first half? Johnny Jones made me think that was against the rules.
