I deal with welders on a regular basis.
That part actually makes me less empathetic.

Sure.
Being a pipeline engineer I deal with welders on a regular basis too.
The poor guy follows the rules, gets state approval and then Obama's EPA rules otherwise after his pond is built.
I'm also surprised David Vitter is trying to help out this guy along with the two senators from WY.
