Basically, they have been taking my money since my first job at fifteen years old. My dad is basically a bum who doesn't want to work, and hasn't for about ten years now. Financially, they aren't doing well, but how much can I give before I end up broke as well ya know?

You are enabling them. Just tell them you are financially strapped and don't have the ability to support two households.

If he was working and in hardship it would be different but he is just being a prick for mooching off you

I gotcha. If I were you I wouldn't continue giving your money to them. I know it'll be hard to cut them off but in all honesty you need to use your money for your needs & to save for your future.

It's not your responsibility to support two grown adults who sound like they don't want to better themselves. Tough love

Good luck.
