Employee credit card. I left the job over 15 years ago too.
I have no clue why they still give it to me, I dunno.
The strange thing is when I got the card, I was 24 or so, and got a job at the bank. As part of the job, you were promised a credit card. I was making $60k a year or somewhere around that, and well worked for the bank. They would only give me $1000 in credit.
