For lack of a better word, yes. The poster wanted to know why one should get $30 an hour for working 41 hours as opposed to getting $20 for working 2 hours less.
What would you call it? I'm open for suggestions.
Here's a question for you salaried workers. How are you compensated for ot and how is your ot determined? I'm was assuming that willthezombie was talking about hourly wage jobs.
