Pat O'Hara returns for his third season as coach, and Kurt Rocco will start at QB for the third season... the VooDoo also reacquired LB Alvin Ray Jackson, who was the star of the defense on the 2012 playoff team.

PREDICTION: the schedule doesn't appear too daunting, with no games against the powerhouses Arizona Rattlers (2x defending ArenaBowl champs), Spokane Shock, or San Jose Sabercats. The VooDoo have a newly rebuilt roster, and last year's 1-8 start was a case of losing Rocco and Murphy's Law... whatever could go wrong did. If the Jacksonville Sharks get challenged in the Southern Division, the VooDoo will be the closest challengers if they recapture their 2012 midseason form.
