He's an WR3 imo. Jet's need to significantly upgrade the WR2/3 & Tight end position.

Kerley and Hill can be decent WR2 and WR3. They were hurt by bad qb play and no wr1 to take away the coverage. I think with Decker, the WR group is adequate.
Geno should improve, but the fact that the entire team had 13 total TD receptions in 2013 is hard to get past.
I wouldn't want Decker as a WR1 or WR2, obviously, but I would take a chance on him as WR3/flex option.

Jets reportedly interested in Desean, and are scheduled to host Vick for a visit. Plenty of cap to work with.
