I remember seeing an article about this in one of the nonstop NRA magazines they keep sending me. You can't treat them as an intruder if they have been invited in your home by someone who lives on the property until you give them proper warning and time to vacate if you are the land owner. They are still considered a guest up until that point. Now if the girl lied about knowing the kid, like some of the articles are saying, then that is something different altogether. As a parent and homeowner, I'm pretty edgy at that point. Sad deal all around.

And people got their panties in a wad when I said after you ask them to leave and give them time to comply, they're no longer an invited guest.
