Rusty rack and pinion steering assembly.

She left with a brake fluid flush, oil change and a few other services they up sold her on. When I asked what the hell happened she said they made it sound like it would not make it out of the parking lot if she didn't let them do it.

I take both of our cars into the shop now when they need something. She's been retired from her duties.
